Who we are

GoPearl International ("GoPearl", "we") is a tour operator based at Plot 12, Kimathi Avenue, Kampala, Uganda, licensed by the Uganda Tourism Board. These terms apply to the use of our website, app and services.

Bookings and confirmation

• A booking request on the website or app is not a confirmed reservation.
• Bookings confirm only after we verify availability and permits, and notify you.
• Prices shown are per person in US dollars unless stated otherwise, and may change until confirmation.
• Park permits (including gorilla and chimpanzee permits) are issued by national authorities, are name-bound, and are non-transferable once purchased.

Cancellations

You may cancel a pending or confirmed booking from your account. Refund terms depend on what has been purchased on your behalf: permits and third-party reservations follow the issuing authority's or provider's own rules, which we disclose before you pay. Our own planning fees are refundable up to 30 days before travel.

Travel requirements

You are responsible for valid travel documents, visas, and health requirements (including yellow fever certification where mandated). We provide guidance in good faith, but requirements are set — and changed — by governments, and final responsibility rests with the traveller.

Our responsibility

Wildlife travel is inherently unpredictable. We plan carefully, contract reputable partners, and hold the licences and insurance our regulators require, but we cannot guarantee animal sightings, weather, or road conditions. Where a service we control fails, we will re-provide it or refund it. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.

Accounts and content

Keep your password private; activity under your account is your responsibility. Reviews you submit may be published after moderation and must reflect a genuine experience. We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive or fraudulent.
